Changed MOOSE home page and used dropdowns instead of menus
Motivation
- Home page needs some improvement
- Unusual organization of some links in the documentation menus
- Menus sometimes annoying (disappear if cursor doesn't take exactly the right path)
This PR does the following:
- Changes the 3 highlight columns on the MOOSE home page
- Changes the header menus into dropdowns
- Adds some links to existing pages now that menus are gone
- Adds a few pages with related links
- Fixes a few typos
I like consolidating these links down to the highest level pages! Hopefully it'll make our menus less awkward (especially on smaller screen devices).

@GiudGiud do you have any final comments? I approve this.
I d remove the Status tab. It s not as important to users and devs outside of our team.
Dang, Griffin will need a fix if I add the failed_solves.md page to the FAQ.
