Custom element doesn't exist

Hi I have repurposed an old iPad Air on iOS 12 and I'm getting a 'Custom element doesn't exist: trash-card' message. Using the app and Safari. I have an iPad Pro 12.9 (1st gen) on iOS 16 also an iPad Air (4th gen) on iOS 17 that it works fine on. I've only started using the cards today so I can't say if it worked previously.
