Close multi select on arrow click

I think intuitively, when the multi select is dropped down, it's natural to try and close the drop down by clicking the same arrow that was clicked on to drop it down. In other words, some type of toggle behavior would be nice. And once the multi select is dropped down, possibly toggle the down arrow with an up arrow. I'll try to find some to work on this if others would find it useful.
