Add support for cookies to HttpActor

  • Add output port for cookie info, and change code to read cookie info from HttpRequest and export on the port.

  • Create demo to showcase cookies
    First access: Offer menu with choice on which view Second access: Welcome back, name! Here is your view. You visited the page X times. “Clear cookie” button on HTML page Refresh -> Offer menu again
