Create components/attributes that handle parsing URLs and invoking Ptolemy actors and services

Create a component / attribute which can parse URLs and transfer data to appropriate actors
Create a component / attribute which can parse URLs and execute services (e.g. run the model, ontology solver)
Create a component / attribute which responds to HTTP requests with the appropriate response body and headers
