Alarm for upcoming fishes

We need possibility to be notified with sound or other way when availability window for selected fishes is coming in next N minutes.

Probably system should monitor windows for pinned fishes or we need to add another marker to add fish to notifiable list.

Here's a screenshot of possible implementation for the alert, including changes to the buttons. This assumes the user wants to control which fish generate alerts, not just pinned fish.

This was brought up recently on the Fish'cord, though no progress has been made since I posted the mockup. Assuming I, or someone else wanted to add this feature, would the fish marked with alarms also appear with pinned fish, or be subject to filters?

Alternatively, should alarms be tied to pinned fish (reuse same button?) In this case, there could be a setting for the site to enable notifications for pinned fish.
