Allow customization of scheduled time period in Fish Train

Currently, for fish that are always available, the user can select an interval-sized time period to add to their schedule. But there are a few fish that although restricted by weather, are up for hours at a time. The user should be able to reduce the "scheduled" time period to catch this fish.

I think this could be applied to all fish, provided the user can only adjust the time period to within the fish's actual available window. This would allow them to say, select a fish that's up for 8 Eorzean hours, plus a fish that's up for just 2, but it's window falls in the last 2 hours of the longer window.

Maybe when the user selects a fish to add to the schedule, provide an option to adjust the scheduled time period. It should probably bounds check just in case.
