Make it easier to see mooch fish requirements

For example, The Ruby Dragon is available between 4:00 and 8:00, but the fish you need to mooch, Ku'er, opens at 0:00. Usually, players will want to know it's up in order to prepare. Currently, the UI would have hidden Ku'er if the user already caught it, and has those fish filtered out. Pinning the fish doesn't necessarily place it next to Ruby Dragon either.
