CREO2URDF – Retrieve as much as possible information from the cad

Right now creo2urdf works with the aid of some configuration files for retrieving information that is not defined in the simulation model cad (e.g. joint names, joint limits etc).

@mfussi66 already managed to get some info from the mecheanism, but right now our simulation models lack of some information.

We should think about integrating this missing information in the simulation models, changing then the procedure for preparing the cad, in this way we could slim a little bit the required configuration files/options
