ElementTreeManager should check if the solids are parts or assemblies

Right now ElementTreeManager get from creo all the constraints and get the child and parent solid representing a joint, but it does not check if one of the two is a part or assembly. In the case of the assembly it could take the first part of the assembly as reference instead
