Freeswitch can't start

Freeswitch can't start:

Modified Freeswitch.service to change user from freeswitch to root seems to solve the startup problem. I also modify ictcore.xml to fix a missing "/>". But I can't see any trace of the trunk in Freeswitch log and faxes are "processing" forever.

Please copy the ICTCore dialplan from this link " https://github.com/ictinnovations/ictcore/blob/master/etc/freeswitch/dialplan/ictcore.xml " and use in your system "/etc/freeswitch/dialplan/ictcore.xml"
