Course bag/bookmarks

Add the ability to bookmark courses from the catalogue/their page.

Can view course "bag" on the roadmap page and drag them out onto the planner.

This is a full-stack change since we probably also want to save the course bag to the user's account within mongo (and to local storage if using as a guest).
