Addition of WA Geodetic Calculations Spreadsheet

The Geodetic calculations spreadsheets contain many macros that allows cell formulas to directly call geodetic functions.

These functions can be used in any spreadsheet if the user has previously referenced the excel addin. (In excel select Developer>Excel Add-ins>Browse...)
