Symbolic link in TAR archive throws unauthorized exception

When decompressing a TAR file with a symbolic link the entry name becomes empty and it tries to decompress to the parent folder. LF_SYMLINK should be handled in GetNextEntry on the TarInputStream.

On further investigation it only happens when it is the last file in the archive. After SkipToNextEntry it is not checked if EOF has been hit
