Application Crash on Debug

I wrote a small console app and was trying to debug it (play button). After exit of the app sharpDevelp stopped working and I got an WPF error message as attached in the screenshot.

I had to kill sharpDevelp with Windows TaskManager, because the error message kept popping up after klicking on OK.
