SharpTreeView Nuget Package

I recently started using SharpTreeView in one of my projects, and it would be really useful if an official Nuget package is created for this component.

I suggest you to try treeviewex https://github.com/dotnetprojects/TreeViewEx/

Thanks for the suggestion, but I specifically need the multiple columns feature.

SharpTreeView works fine for the most part. It would just be nice to have a Nuget package made for it.
