Search results should be locked until I change the criteria

When I execute a search, the assemblies in the left panel are used and the results are the matches in those assemblies.

Those search results should not change unless I change the search criteria. This is not happening and is really frustrating how ILSPY will automatically search any assemblies that are loaded and add any matches to the search results.

An example - Today I needed to see if a website we have deployed had any code that disabled or overrode invalid certificates and accepted them, so I grabbed the dll's from the bin folder of the website to a local folder and added them to ILSPy and searched for "Certificate". Only about 3 results came back from the search of the assemblies I had added. When I double clicked the first one to inspect the code, the search results exploded into more than 100 results as it was now searching all of the System.. The three original results were no longer even visible in the results list and had been scrolled far out of view.

So 2 problems - search results changing when the criteria was not changed and when a new search was not executed, and the original results get scrolled out of view.
