Progress report/Verbose decompilation in ilspycmd

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Basically, it is somewhat unsettling to not see progress, and seeing progress is extremely rewarding to the brain. I'm always scared nothing is happening when decompiling.

Describe the solution you'd like

Perhaps a flag, like -v that just prints the current file being decompiled and possibly something like a progress bar, nothing fancy is needed.

Additional context nothing i think. If something is missing, tell me.
