Adding new entry to "Managed Assembly List" Does not work

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click "Managed Assembly List" icon on the tool bar
  2. From "Managed Assembly List" dialog, select "New" button to add new entry
  3. Enter name & Click Ok

Expected

New List list entry added

Observed

New entry is not getting added.
