[FEAT] Vue Library

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There' s no Vue Library

Describe the solution you'd like A Vue Component Library that could be imported as with React Library

Describe alternatives you've considered I could make it and do a PR. 😄

Additional context It would be a good idea to make it compatible with both Vue 2 and Vue 3, I will have to do some investigation, but I could try it. If it gets too much complicated, we could start with one. (We could discuss about it)
