IXI slice size

Sorry to bother you again, I'm still confused about what to do with IXI data. I found that the original axial IXI slice size is 150x256(top), when I resize it to 256x256(middle), it is very different from the IXI data slice taht you provided(bottom). Can you tell me how to deal with this situation? Thank you!
