Inches Toggle

Add a toggle for inches, some people may want to switch back and forth.

I second this. If not a per material toggle, then at least a global setting for units. Glowforge UI in the US defaults to inches, and is not configurable. I'm currently converting all my custom material thickness to mm so that material manager can convert them back when used....
