add evil-mode note in README

Keybinds don't work if evil-mode is enabled in the timeblock and timeblock-list buffers. Added link to the heading in the Contents so that people may notice it

Seems evil is only disabled if you run the timeblock commands, but not if you switch to already-open timeblock buffers. Don't think this is too big of an issue
