Support inline HTML

It is often necessary to include HTML in the markdown text.

I am using the editor for editing PicoCMS pages written in mostly Markdown, with the occasional HTML segment that is not possible to handle with md.

It would be nice if the preview pane could render the HTML even if it is not perfect.

As it is now, any markdown file containing inline HTML looks fairly ugly.

I also wanna second this. On the editor side it is syntax highlighted but the preview still shows plain text HTML.
