when i try to activate the app i receive this message. The app cannot be activated, it would make the server instable. i have installed inotify-tolls . Server configuration

Operating system: Centos 7.4.1708

Web server: Apache 2

Database: Postgresql 9.2.23

PHP version: 7.0.26

Nextcloud version: 12.0.4
