Cross-section plots of ATL03, ATL06, ATL08, etc

Just wanted to say, @fliphilipp has written a lot of code on making cross-section plots in https://github.com/ICESAT-2HackWeek/website2022/pull/74.

It would be great to polish that code up at https://github.com/ICESAT-2HackWeek/website2022/blob/b8ccfd60e858d57ffe8de06c828146133f34e859/book/tutorials/DataVisualization/utils/oa.py#L106 and incorporate it into icepyx's Visualization module somehow at https://github.com/icesat2py/icepyx/blob/v0.6.2/icepyx/core/visualization.py.
