adopt the earthdata library for authentication

@betolink has been hard at work building an Earthdata authentication library. This has the potential to greatly simplify (and centralize) Earthdata login issues that aren't unique to icepyx and ICESat-2 data. It would allow us to address #235 upstream as well.
