Feature Request: Option to have plurals in the same file as strings

Coming from Android Dev it's usually common to have both plurals and normal strings to be in the same strings.xml file.

Also when incorporating with translation services like "Weblate" the current setup requires us to have sperate translation project one for strings and another for plurals which works but I think many will prefer to have both translation in the same project.
