Deprecation warnings when upgrading ktor to 2.3.4

When you upgrade to KTOR 2.3.4 you get deprecation warnings from your APIs with this text:

'Input' is deprecated. We're migrating to the new kotlinx-io library. This declaration is deprecated and will be removed in Ktor 4.0.0 If you have any problems with migration, please contact us in https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KTOR-6030/Migrate-to-new-kotlinx.io-library

In my case this occurs on the import of io.ktor.utils.io.core.Input which the code is not actually using, but the import is there any way

This issue can probably go away if you actually do #216
