[Bug] Not opening in fullscreen

I am using Ubuntu 23.10 and when I try to open the search while I have an app or video in fullscreen it sometimes doesn't work. sometimes it works just fine, sometimes it opens fine then after like half a second it moves behind the video/game and sometimes it opens behind the video/game and is not visible at all.
