Gnome 46 - TypeError after search-light update

Encountering the following error when trying to load the extension:

TypeError: global.compositor.enable_unredirect is not a function

Worked great on my Ubuntu 24.04 system (GNOME 46) for the last 8 months or so, but this week I got a notification from my extension manager that there was an update for Search Light and that I needed to logout for the update to apply. After logout and log back in, the extension would not load and I get this error from within the package manager.

Attempts to resolve included removing the extension, restarting, and re-installing. I also tried to install using the manual method, but the make command failed.
