App indicator dots seem to be over the top of icons
Hello,
For some reason, might be due to very large screen and screen scaling 200% but the dots of my mac laptop seem to be misaligned and over the top of the icons of running apps. This does not happen on my PC laptop with regular screen, so something related to a retina screen I imagine. Here is a screenshot to help understand the issue:
Note Edge, Firefox and Folders have the dot (dash) not at the bottom and centered. I cant fix this by altering any of the settings that dash2dock animated offers.

Yes, I can confirm this myself. Problems pertaining to display scaling are such a headache to solve.

If you allowed an offset to be applied x and y to the dashes we could apply a fix ourselves by just entering relevant values.
