[Feature] option to remove top of dash padding

Currently, the extension creates a bit of dead space at the top of the dash in certain configurations for a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. I would like to see a switch (off by default) that allows windows to not have this top spacing.

Without this, Tiling Assistant's gaps function and the top padding of the dock stack, making an unnecessarily large gap between the bottom of tiled windows and the top of the dock.

Example - Tiling assistant's gaps are set to 6, but the gap between the dock and the windows is quite a bit larger due to my dash2dock animated config
