Skia support.

I'm quite seriously considering adding Skia support, but am timid as I don't know how much work it's going to be and have never used iced before.

I am writing a modular font editor. Modules will be in different languages, mostly Python and Rust. The most important module (IMHO) is Qglif, the glyph editor, so that's what I'm tackling first. I got the idea for this project after being a FontForge maintainer for ~1½ years.

I see a vague mention of iced-skia as something that could be but isn't. So as it says to open an issue if planning on contributing, I'm doing so.

I would want to use iced to do what I'm using ImGui for now.

Can this be closed as Iced has used tiny-skia as a software renderer backend for some time now? Or do you want full skia?
