The application freezes when changing the language by combination

What happened?

~~When switching the language to English using the configured keyboard shortcuts, the application freezes. This behavior only occurs when switching to English.~~ The following combinations are used to change the language: Alt + Shift + 0 or 1 or 2 I spent more time testing and noticed the following pattern: When launched in the following languages:

• English
  • Change the language to Russian - the app freezes
  • Change the language to Chinese - the app does NOT freeze
• Russian
  • Change the language to English - the app freezes
  • Change the language to Chinese - the app does NOT freeze
• Chinese
  • The app freezes when switching between both languages

I also created an empty application, there I observe a similar problem. The problem persists on Windows 10. When switching the language with the standard combinations of win + space and alt + shift, the application does NOT freeze.

The tests were conducted separately on a clean system on another device with the same result, also without Chinese.

What is the expected behavior?

The application does not freeze.
