Remove obsolete scripts from `pisa_tests` directory and update entry points in `setup.py`

  • left out likelihoods_1D_test.py from list of console scripts, cf. https://github.com/icecube/pisa/issues/799 (will make dedicated issue instead)
  • fixme note in setup.py because pipeline.py script is currently unusable (irrespective of pipeline config)
  • closes #799
