Smaller objects, random pipes, smoother jumps, aligned comments, README

  1. Shrinked the size of a bird (both) and pipes (horizontally), in half
  2. Pipes are more random: now the passage window is at various heights
  3. Each jump (flap of a bird) is done in 3 steps for a smooth gameplay
  4. Comments are now more aligned by tabs, + added more helpful comments
  5. Expanded the README with controls info and GIMP tricky instructions
