Rename all instances of MEVN with VENoM. Because it sounds cooler.

How can we possibly expect this stack to take off it it doesn't have a cool-sounding acronym like MEAN? We should replace all instances of MEVN (like the repo title) with VENoM and then rename the repo itself to take on this new moniker, to lead the charge into a bold new era.

I consider this issue to be maximum priority code red.
