icestark 支持路由变化拦截

What is the current behavior?

目前 icestark 可以通过 onRouteChange 方法监听路由变化，但是不支持拦截

What is the expected behavior?

希望路由发生变化时，可以进行拦截，这样就可以再框架层面上做一些统一的路由鉴权

临时想到个思路：可以考虑换个思路，通过阻止触发应用 mount/unmount，或者阻止应用内路由跳转的触发，实现路由拦截～
