dumi怎么接入微前端，用umi的方法好像不行

就按照那3步，在dumi项目里新建了app.tsx文件，然后配置下基准路由 ，然后主应用加载时就访问不到注册的生命周期

dumi框架中默认是没有app文件的 只有个indexjs文件
