Can't refresh when connection lost on installed poipoi on mobile

If you've installed poipoi on mobile you can't refresh the page, so if you lose your connection there's no way to restart the game without closing the whole app and reopening it

There's probably something to be done to make poipoi actually WPA compliant (like adding a service worker and stuff)... In the end I still don't quite understand this stuff so for now I'll just make that "refresh" word in the error message a link so that when you tap it the page will refresh (bleh, since it's an i18n message it's not as trivial as i thought lol)
