Have you try -v option for boot-args or use Cmd + V on OpenCore boot menu?

I had this problem, too. Installation can proceed and complete with -v option. However, OC booting had to use -v, otherwise, booting will stuck at initiation of the progreess bar. Anyway to solve this problem? Thanks!
