Styling for sitemap indecies

Hi, I've added a PR to allow the selected stylesheet to be applied to the sitemap index in addition to the sitemap itself. (it' just a 4-line cut/paste) Unless there's a reason not to apply the stylesheet to indexes (?) this would seem to make sense as it makes chained sheets more consistent. #66
