BlueToolFixup.kext update error

The BlueToolFixup.kext in the BrcmPatchRAM package is not updated when selecting DEV Source. Only the release version is loaded here. dev

If you copy it manually and forget to deselect it next time, this kext will always be downgraded to the release version. Is there another way to solve this or does it have to be like this?
