[Sync Window] Change "Choose OpenCore Version" to "Latest Version" by default

I have noticed that there is an issue in the Sync Window of the Release Version of OpenCore. The preselected version is not set to "Latest Version" but to the highest version present in the database already:

But if only older versions of OpenCore are present in the databas and you click on "Get OpenCore" you don't get the latest version only the latest version known to OCAT. This can cause a lot of confusion. So I would suggest to change the selected default to "Latest Version" instead to avoid any confusion:

For the DEV versions it's not an iussue since it always loads the latest build from Dortania's Repo.

Sorry, there seems to be another problem, which is that the version number must be the same as the built-in OC version number of OCAT. For example, the current built-in OC version is 0.8.8, so the default version number must be 0.8.8. Anyway, this one may need to be redesigned.
