Can't get OpenCore last version (0.8.4)

My opencore EFI is 0.8.3, im trying to get last version (0.8.4), but return this message:

Still same after several attempts

EDIT: apparently 20220231 version works

I've tried the current version, 2023-0004, and the problem persists. I can only upgrade to OC 0.7.8.
