Suggestion: warn about wrong order of kexts

I think OC validate should handle this, but it doesn't. A lot of times I come across configs which show no errors but the kext order is incorrect still. As you can see in this screenshot, this system won't boot as is but there are no warnings:

Generally, when you open or save config.plist, you will see a red exclamation point in the toolbar about this error if the kext is not in the correct order. For this situation you encountered, the cause is currently unknown, I have documented and will analyze it, thanks for the feedback.
