I was going to fork and create a PR but I dont want to do so if no one is maintaining this..

I haven't had much chance to make changes recently. I added a few changed today to update for 5.1 and removing some unneeded code. You might want to look at this repo: https://github.com/mtr/angular-iscroll as it seems much more advanced than what I was trying to accomplish.
