Lack of clear failure error messages

but it then doesn't show what it failed with, and why. Perhaps you would consider adding a more clear failure error message? Just a thought.

@machawk1 I've noticed that you maintain a more active fork of this project on https://github.com/oduwsdl/setup-ipfs; but you currently have the Issues tab there disabled, I was wondering if that was intentional, or an oversight? Perhaps you'd like to enable Issue (in the Settings of that repo), so that issues can be filed there?

Hi @vorburger, the disabling of the issues tab was unintentional and the default behavior of GitHub's forking. I have since enabled it. Please file the issue there and I can investigate it.

Our primary use case for setup-ipfs is in testing https://github.com/oduwsdl/setup-ipfs/settings via GitHub Actions.
