Sort out the samples - statusconsole

• [ ] Apply a basic (not too complicated) css style to the sample to improve it's appearance
• [ ] Add support for additional features ... think about ways to tie console this into the psutil and oshi device samples, monitoring perhaps, issue commands to these clients (need to implement support for the commands in the clients)? I suggest the ability to control the rate of publish by sending a command with a payload indicating the number of seconds between each event.
